How do I place an order?
We accept orders online only, this can be done via our website, Facebook page or Instagram page
Do you offer a bespoke service?
We are unable at this time to personalise any of our jewellery or hair accessories range. If you have any specific questions about what look would be best for your style then feel free to email us beauty-infinity@outlook.com
Do you offer Klarna or payment plans?
Not currently, we offer full payment only
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once orders are placed we aim to post them within 3-5 working days
Do you offer free delivery?
Orders over £100 are free delivery, for orders under £100 postage will be calculated at the checkout for your items
Can I return my order?
Due to health and safety we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless they are damaged. We do accept returns on hair accessories and necklaces, they have to be return undamaged in their original packaging
Can I amend my order?
Once your order is processed it may not be possible, however we will always try to work alongside our customers and amend where we can. If you contact us ASAP we will see what we can do
